• Me: Why?
• Lil Bro: I smoked too much.
• Me: Dear God, you finally realized. C'mon just quit.
• Lil Bro: I can't, the pain will kill me even worst.
• Me: Aaah just chew some gummy.

Moral of the story, Don't smoke.
